Height: 5’6” ONLY 6 POUNDS GUYS BUT LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE? Don’t you dare base everything on the scale, there is so much more than the scale. My advice for anyone, is to not think of it as a diet, think of it long term, so who cares if your only loosing a pound a week, in one year, that’s gonna be a shitload of pounds! Try and excercise as much as you can guys, and EAT CLEAN! Don’t think, I’ll start tomorrow. START TODAY. And for all you people in school, or work where you feel so busy, I understand. Right now school’s super stressful, but I still put in the effort to keep up with a healthy lifestyle. I excercise at least three times a week (for the first three months it was 5+) and I make sure to pack my lunch everyday with a bunch of goodies, like fruits, nuts, whole grain items, CLEAN FOOD basically! good luck to all of you and feel free to come talk to me whenever! I just wanted to make this to show people that what they may think is effective for weight loss actually isn’t. The first picture was taken after a week or so of heavy restricting and binging. The second picture was taken after a week of healthy eating &amp; exercise. 
Start treating your body with love. Nourish yourself and you’ll see results. I promise.

You have no idea how much this post just encouraged me. I’ve been the same weight since I started this weight loss but my measurements have changed and I don’t look so pudgy. I wanted to give up cause the weight on the scale really wasnt moving at all. THIS was what I needed. ^^
